Pc 350 driver problem?

tl:dr Got my pc 350se' two hours ago, sometimes audio stops playing from the right speaker completely. Should i return them or is there something on my end causing the issue (i don't have a amp but when i asked if i could power these you guys said i should be able to power them, my mobo is a asus P8Z77-V LK. The only audio program i have running is Razer surround.

Try wiggling the connector to see if that does anything. It might be a loose connector on the mobo. If you have any other devices, try the headset on those to see if you have the same problem. If the problem happens on other devices, then that would point to a defect on the headset.
