I work on a software development company in Portugal. One of our designers needs a new PC.

He works mostly on Photoshop. Do you guys think this build is a good fit? Kaveri is a good solution for him?

And no he doesn't work on a Mac.

It should be fine..

From what I know, for Photoshop you mainly need memory and a SSD (have Photoshop installed on the SSD).

It looks good.

A Corsair RM550 is going to be fine for that rig, but if you want to add a graphics card later, you can leave the RM650.

If you plan to have games or applications that need a fast drive, on the hard drive, don't get the WD Green. I have one and it's quite slow, especially in games, where sometimes you can have lag spikes because of the drive not being fast enough.

Intel CPU and dedicated GPU in favor of APU and disk space. Can I ask why?

This is not a gamming PC, pure working machine

intel cpu's always do better with workstation and the gpu will help that's why you see some rigs with i7's and 780's
