Maximus VI Formula or Maximus VII Hero?

I've been looking for a good 1150 motherboard for a while. The Formula is at a good price for about 250$, while the Hero is 200$. Which should I get and why?

You don't need a Asus ROG motherboard for it to be good.  The Z97-A motherboard would be good enough, unless you will actually use all of the features in the ROG motherboards.

The hero as it has a newer chipset then the VI, also the hero is better looking IMHO :P

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.
