Static Fans

I am looking for the quietest all black static fans out there...preferably in 140 mm. I would like to keep it cheap...I am planning on build my own desk and they are for radiators in the side of the desk.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

You can get them off ebay for $10-12 a piece, I just ordered a ton, they're all in perfect condition.

Eh I actively try to avoid eBay cause of past experiences with it.

Rosewill Hyperborea 140mm, Black, sleeved cable, quiet, good static pressure, PWM, inexpensive at around $12 per fan and can be found for less.

I have suggested those but people tell me Rosewill is no good even tho I have never had a problem with them.

Rosewill hyperborea's are extremely good, they'd be fine.

They bash Rosewill because they are a more budget oriented brand, Hyperborea's are great and people who bash them are stupid and can keep spending twice as much for their fans for all I care, I know what's good.

Get the rosewell hyperborea's they are the best you'll get for such little money, a word of advice for the future, don't bother looking at decibel ratings they don't say anything about how quiet the fan actually is.
