PC Suitcases

Don't think there's anywhere more appropriate for this but if there is I'd be happy for it to be moved.

 

Need to transport my ATX tower to a LAN party, but this means transporting it across the centre of London at rush hour on the tube so I need a decent suitcase for it.

My case is the Corsair Vengeance C70 which is ~50cm tall, ~55cm wide and ~20cm deep, but all of the suitcases I've found so far have been too thin, around 45-48cm wide.

I've found this, but I'm not comfortable enough with 52cm given that that might be external dimensions rather than the size of the inside. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1618044.htm#pdpFullProductInformation

 

Has to be available in the UK, preferably around £50 but I'm willing to go up.

Suitcase that I just used for going lanparty has 45cm inner and 48cm outer width. Thats big margin. You could always contact company making them or go hunt for stores with ruler.

If you're doing it a lot, pelican. If it's just a once or twice thing, just get the suitcase.

Imo Pelican isn't worth it unless you travel by plane alot with case. Good suitcase and some clothes do same trick. Besides you can fit small lcd monitor to suitcase.

I have a pelican case for my fight stick, it's great. It's totally too expensive and not needed, but it's still pretty awesome. I have no problem banging it around on things and not caring due to the amount of padding on the inside.

I can confirm it fits a Corsair Vengeance c70 but it's a bit of a squeeze.
