Weird problem when waking up my PC

So now every time i wake up my PC from its sleep My PC is completely unresposive for like 10 seconds. Then Windows plays the "Device DIsconnect" sound and my PC is just fine. I dont have any new devices plugged in my PC. What the hell is going on?

could be your mouse if you are hearing the Device disconnect sound just a guess

It's normal, it won't turn on that fast. It could be your wireless card connected to your pc.

I have an ssd so everything loads very snappy. Also this doesnt happen on boot up only when I wake it up from sleep. very odd.
