AIO with reusable radiator

I have a reference 290 and I was thinking of getting an AIO liquid cooler to slap on it. Someday, I'd like to setup a custom loop and I was wondering if there are any 120mm AIO's that you could reuse the radiator in a custom loop? Or is there no was to re attach a tube to it if you take the stock one off.

You can use the H220x in a custom loop but it would also be your pump and res and CPU block. You would just add another rad and gpu.
