Working on a laptop

Go to solution Solved by SkyArmy,

Attach the clamp to some big peace of metal or before you start working touch a pc(desktop) that is plugged in.

My friend wants me to install a SSD and ram in his laptop (macbook) and I was wondering on how to ground my self properly because I'm use to touching my power supply or case for my PC and then being confident that I will not harm any components. So my question is how do I ground my self when working on a laptop?

On a side note I bought an anti static wristband but have no clue where to put it.
