Second monitor problem

So i tried using display fusion to disable the minimizing of windows on my second monitor while playing games in fullscreen on my primary one

but then i regretted my decision and unistalled the program (display fusion) and now my second monitor has no background (just black) and

no toolbar on the bottom.

 

How can i fix this?
