Recemendations for motherboards!

I'm going to get an new mobo because i have a msi 760gm board and i don't have enough for an 990fx board but I only have a fx4100 so i want to do a little OC'ing as well. The first one that caught my eye was the new MSI 970 Gaming until I found Out the VRM's are NIKOS and they are bad and rated for 25 degrees C.

 

So I want a 970 mobo in the band of 0-60£ that is good for a little OC to about 4Ghz or more.

 

Any Ideas?

Both seem good but i'd go with the gigabyte.Moar power phases.

There is that but the Asus has a better VRM Heatsink.
