I'd say Max it Out...

Then Turn things like AntiAliasing Down in steps and gauge performance increase, if thats not enough, Shadow quality/Particles/Effects that could be toned down...

Google "Shogun 2 Performance Nvidia 670" If you need real world help from others who have your similar problem and have posted things already.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
