no update, i want to know why i get fps loss in games...

You're getting low FPS because the system overall is slow and outdated, you might be able to get better performance if you lower your settings in game. That is unless you're already running on the lowest settings, if that's the case then the only thing you can do to increase performance is to upgrade or preferably build a new PC.

dont know if it is good idea for 2-3 monitor on this build ?

or just 1 1080p monitor

Well spending as much on monitors as you do on the actual PC that will be running them isn't a good idea as the 260x won't provide satisfactory triple screen gaming performance in any moderately demanding game, however running a game on the single center monitor and having the other two as auxiliary monitors would be fine.
