Which Graphics card should I get?

Radxr3

I am contemplating on getting a GTX 770 or a GTX 590

The GTX 590 is about $300 on eBay

The GTX 770 is about $330 on Amazon/Newegg

Which would be better to purchase?

590 has 40nm chip vs 770 has 28nm,

smaller is always better power, performance, effiency, & Tdp
