So here is a list of the parts I got so far

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/RoyB/saved/rTdrxr

I have 3 questions about this,

1st. I didn't list a case cause I'm not to sure about what is a good one my wife allowed me for $1000 for a PC build I have talked her into letting me go up to $1100 So what case would be good for this build for around $100 and would a Mid case fit both GPUs or will I need a full size.

2nd. I didn't list any storage either(I do plan on getting a SSD for booting atleast) But My current PC has 1TB Black Series HDD and I am wanting to know if I can switch that over to my new PC.

3rd. would I need to buy Windows or can you copy it from my current computer to my new one? or if I switch my HDD over will all my stuff go with it?

Sry if these are dumb questions but thank you for your help.

And plz point out if I can improve my proformace with staying in the same budget.

1 - a mid tower will fit everything fine. I like the Fractal Design R4 and I use it in my build. It's a case designed to be very quiet

2 - yes, you can

3 - I'm not sure...

INTEL CORE I5 4670K | NVIDIA GTX 980 | NOCTUA NH-L9i | GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI | KINGSTON 120GB V300

CM STORM QUICKFIRE TK | BENQ XL2420TE | ROCCAT SAVU | FRACTAL DEFINE R4

You can do sooo much better with that budget, just wait someone is coming to advise you soon - we have top builders on this forum.

Edit:

I just hope they see this thread

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC

Do you already have the parts you listed, or are they just the ones you're looking to buy?

You're better off getting a single graphics card. It's simpler than dealing with the occassional SLI/Crossfire issues in some games, and it uses less power. For $20 more than both those 760's you could get an EVGA 780 ACX.

All in One watercoolers are hard to justify over their air cooling counterparts, and it's especially hard to justify single 120mm ones. The Hyper212 Evo is cheaper, more reliable, quieter and probably about as good.

3 - if you do not plan on using windows on your other pc then you can use the key on the sticker to re-use windows. but i don't think you can just copy it over.

what do you plan on doing with it?

I5 3570K, MSI Z77A G45, 8GB 2133MHz Gskill Ripjaws, MSI TwinFrozr GTX 780, Samsung 840 Evo SSD, WD Green 1TB HDD, OCZ 750 Watt PSU, Zalman Z11+

Changes I would make

1. Get a hyper 212 evo.  Its less expensive and 120mm AIO's don't preform well.    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

2. Get less expensive RAM.  Any one of these :  http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#Z=8192002&t=11&s=301600,301866,302133,302400&sort=a10&m=1,11,12,17,23,28

3. Get a 780.  One card is better than two worse cards in most cases.   http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-03gp43784kr

4. Get a gold / platinum rated PSU.  This one is good : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cs650m

5. I would consider an intel cpu (i5)

EDIT : What are you going to do on the computer?
