What is the maximum radiator thickness that can fit in Corsair 450D Mid-Tower? I see it can handle a top 360mm rad which is what i all need, im just curious how thick it can be? 45mm maybe?

I don't need AIO coolers, I would just would just go with a cooling kit. Would a 360mm rad be enough for CPU+1GPU loop?

PS: Oh and yeah, you might wanna ask for an mb - The Maximus VII Hero (ATX). Dont worry its just an example one...

triple 120mm 30mm thick rad with push or pull fans in the top, I recommend an Alphacool ST30. The front can take a thick dual 140mm rad depending on your GPU length, Alphacool UT60 or Monsta. IMO a single 360mm isn't enough if you want awesome temps and low noise. 360 + 280 is.

hehe, guess i am thinking right - alphacool are truly great, aren't they? There is only one thing im afraid about with this setup however... How to achieve positive pressure? The dual 140 fans will surely be blowing in air, but I got to also put all 3 120mm fans on the top of the rad. So the front 2 and rare fan, i will switch them with LED fans from bitfenix and keep top 3 noctua PPCIndustrial fans (they wont be seen). Would that be alright?

Yep IMO the best rads at the moment, 4 thicknesses, all full copper, all low fpi with the best performance. EK XTX's and Black Ice SR-1's give the UT60 a run for it's money though.

There are two ways you can go about it: 140's on the 280 as intakes + the rear 140 also intake and the top 120's as exhaust. Option 2: the top 120's and the front 140's as intakes with the single rear 140 as exhaust (won't be a problem with case air pressure or heat as your cooling your GPU(s) and CPU).

I recommend you use LED strips instead and get good static pressure optimized fans on all the rads. All the rads up to the UT60 will be fine in pull or push with good fans.
