So I have an EVGA GTX 780 Dual Classified and I am attempting to overclock it but I have a few questions.

In either bios, I have the same settings that it allows me to do so I don't understand what the dual bios is for. Where can I get another bios and how can I flash it? Should I even flash it? I am trying to OC as much as I can while keeping it stable.

How do I overclock properly? Is there a guide I can follow?

Currently my settings in EVGA PX are as follows:

Power target: 110%

Temp Target: 80 degrees

GPU Clock: 1100 Mhz (+107)

Boost Clock: 1153 Mhz

Memory: 1750 Mhz (+496)

Voltage: +63mV (Overvoltage)

If someone could guide me through this a bit, that'd be great!

FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOUR CARD DIES NOT MY FAULT! Set the power and temp targets to the max, since you are air cooling the bios flash with the ACX cooler is kind of pointless since you will hit thermal limits at anything above the 75mV they give you. Set the power limit and temp target to the max, and set the voltage to +75mV

1) Up the core clock 20 mhz higher

2) Run Unigine Heaven or Valley for 20-30 minutes

3) Check for crashing or artifacting

5) repeat steps 1-3, when you get artifacting proceed to step 6

6) Back the core clock off 20 mhz

7) Play games with your stable overclock.

Did you just recommend XFX for it's good cooling?

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

lol anyways, I was able to get this in the end:

Power target: 115%

Temp Target: 95 degrees

GPU Clock: 1105 Mhz (+112)

Boost Clock: 1158 Mhz

Memory: 1750 Mhz (+496)

Voltage: +63mV (Overvoltage)

That's all I'm able to turn the voltage to and power target to in PX. I know there's a program out there that isn't supported by EVGA and let's you go above and beyond in voltage but is that worth it?
