I was thinking about starting my own computer repair business I already have my B.A. In business and I know I have to take at least two tests to get A+ certified my question is can you make a living off of it in a small town area.

Repairing computer only? No, Unless the entire town breaks they're really often computers then not really, but if you get small gadgets and stuff to sell in your shop then its possible.
