Windows wrong date/time errors?

So i'm working on a computer right now and i'm getting security certificate message when trying to load webpages etc. Every time i've had this problem it was because the date/time was wrong but this time it's actually set properly. I couldn't figure it out but when i just installed AVG it popped up saying: 

 

"Your computer system time seems to be inaccurate. This may lead to false virus database up-to-dateness reporting. Please correct your system time if possible"

 

So the system time is still wrong despite being set correctly. Any ideas? I tried clearing CMOS that didn't seem to work.

Click the clock, click settings, click internet times and then click Update  now on time.windows.com, will make it exact :)

Do you know how change date/time and also what version of windows is it?

The Asus UX305 has an Almighty Intel core M-5Y10 0.8GHZ, GPU Intel HD 5300 Windforce, SDD 120GB, Passively Cooled, 1920x1080 Matte Screen, An Fantastic ICEpower Audio Making my House Shake and Having more ports then a MacBook btw this not an advertisement.

The Asus UX305 has an Almighty Intel core M-5Y10 0.8GHZ, GPU Intel HD 5300 Windforce, SDD 120GB, Passively Cooled, 1920x1080 Matte Screen, An Fantastic ICEpower Audio Making my House Shake and Having more ports then a MacBook btw this not an advertisement.

Did you install a fresh copy of windows before this happened?

Yes.

Why not re-install windows again and maybe that fixes the problem.

Found the solution.

 

Run command prompt as administrator and enter  w32tm /resync

 

At first it told me "The computer did not sync because the required time change was too big". I went into my date/time settings and changed it from 2014 to 2013 then clicked apply, I then changed it back to 2014 and applied. Then i went back to command prompt and entered w32tm /resync again and it worked.
