The cooler is overpriced and underperforming. I can't help but tell you it's a bad choice. 

Anything else then? Has to be under $95 as my budget is $475

Not going watercooling, I had watercooling a few years ago and it leaked.

 

I hate the 212 evo. Even tho it performs like a pro, it looks horrible and adding extra NOCTUA fans will make it look even worse :(

It actually does, I might get it.

H60 is bad anyway.

Have a look at the 412S. Where I am they're the same price except it's nickel plated and looks baller.

Also recommended is the dark rock pro3

By the way, if you live near a Micro center, you can get a CPU + Motherboard combo for an amazingly low price. If you don't live near a MC, you can price match the i5 4690k for $200 at Fry's.com, Staples.com, and NCIX.com.
