Difference between Benq TE & Z

I'm thinking about getting a new monitor, but what is the difference between the XL2420TE & XL2420Z?
I am looking for a 144hz monitor under $300 before tax.
& from the three listed below, which one would you choose;
1. Benq XL2420TE
2. Benq XL2411Z
3. ASUS VG248QE

If you have any other suggestions let me know or even a good IPS monitor for under $300.
Thank you

All three uses the exact same panel (AUO M240HW01 V8).

Both the Benq under non strobed mode have PWM-free dimming backlight while the Asus is not.

Both the Benq XL2420TE and Asus VG248QE doesn't have a native strobed option on 2D mode (only through hack "lightboost").

The Benq XL2411Z have a native strobed option in 2D mode (Benq Blur Reduction) which is superior to lightboost in terms of color reproduction, motion clarity and brightness.

Asus VG248QE is upgradable to DiY G-Sync kit which includes ULMB which is successor to lightboost and have much much better color reproduction and eliminates the horrendous crosstalk.

If you care about motion clarity like CRT then go with either Benq Z-series or any monitor that has G-Sync (under ULMB).

keep in mind that strobe mode is not perfect as you need an extremely powerful system to be able to display 120FPS @ 120Hz without dipping with V-Sync on to synchronize the backlight flicker to refresh rate. It is also very poor at watching 24p movies as it totally eliminates motion blur and motion judder while panning is very noticeable.

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.

Is there one that you would get over the other and why? Or would you go for a IPS monitor?

It is said that the Blur Reduction is amazing, but you need to make sure the screen comes with V2 firmware as V1 will not be anywhere near as good.
