it's possible that in the mind of this old woman everone has a watercooler at home. i didb't know these things still exist!

So instead of mid aged workers it Microsoft Employees and the water that they will be holding will be wads of customers money. This is how I see it as they drain as much life out of the system as they can like the last generation.
