You pay the seller using paypal or any other form of payment they accept and then they will send you a serial code. You can get USB key and then you can make it a bootable USB using something like this program and an ISO you can find on the web.

On the left above the pcpartpicker build list is a "permalink" you can copy and paste that to provide a quick link to the list. Better yet, on the right above the list is an Export / Markup button. Click on it. In the window that pops set Format to BBCode. Copy the text below and paste into your post. Gives a nice formatted list that is compact and easy for others to read & understand.

 

I would suggest a 2x4GB memory part to take advantage of the added performance of dual channel memory. A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory is well priced right at the moment, but any inexpensive 2x4GB with good timings, e.g. DDR3-1600 CAS <= 9.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
