Please help

I recently bought windwos 8.1 and put it on my computer that I built back in January. I first had the computer running as a hackintosh but then I decided that for school I should put windows on it. This is where my problem begins. I was able to install pretty easilty but once I got into Windows it didn't work right and it would blue screen alot eventually it got to the point where it doesn't boot but it also won't allow my to boot of my cd of parted magic or ubuntu either. So Please help me. My hardware is

Asus p8z68 deluxe

intel core i5 3570K

16gb crucal balistix ram running at 1600 Mhz

128gb sandisk ssd

2 toshiba 1tb hard drives running in raid 0

2 xfx readeon hd 6670 2gb ddr3 viedo cards not in crossfire

1 24 inch 1080p monitor

1 23.6 inch apple cinema display at 1920x1200

The two monitors are running off of different video cards

I'm not quite sure what your picture is supposed to show; is it just a black screen? Also what were your blue screen error codes?

all that screen shows is a line.
You said you had it as a hackintosh? Did you have to manually change a bios on something? Reset everything, unplug the drives and see if it will boot to either a "No selected boot media" (or whatever) Or the blinking question mark folder of apple.
If it boots into the first option, format your drives from another computer and try again. If it boots to the folder, you are going to need to revert the BIOS of your motherboard and likely your graphics card to default.
Hackintoshing is annoying.

Well that screen doesn't exactly tell us much. If you can't boot off your usb I'm guessing it's either a BIOS issue or possible failing RAM. You may want to reset your BIOS and run a RAM diagnostic like Memtest86.

that image looks like what happens when you try to install windows through bootcamp and it screws up.
