Well if the eject button isn't working I don't think there is much you can do. Maybe I'm wrong but if I was in this situation I would send it back and request them to repair or replace the laptop.

so i am putting my window 7 into my disc reader thingy so i can install window on a usb, but its stuck in there, i cant eject http://prntscr.com/486yoz disc is in nothing showing up (im on a laptop)

if u want to get the disk out you may have to strip the laptop down (depending on the model) to the point where you can get the disk drive to do a manual eject (usually built into disk drives, use a paper clip to do this)

Did you poke a paperclip into the tiny tiny pinhole on the disc drive that is in fact the emergency eject button on a disc drive?

Never seen a disc drive without one.
