Crash!

Hi when I was installing skype on the my computer it finished then when I try to open skype the frame open but when i put my cursor in the middle of skype keep on glitching and the close sign is flashing twice every 2 sec anyone know how the fix it and its the new update of skype on a windows7 64 bit

I would suggest removing skype and re- installing with administrative privileges.
