common problem, it's caused by a virus called "Norton Antivirus". just uninstall Norton and make sure to do a virus scan with Avast, Ad-Aware, or MalwareBytes.

You paid for Norton 360?!!?  That is garbage (no offense) the added tools in that just ruin your computer.

Download Ccleaner and run the registry cleaner because Norton leaves a bunch of stuff, and look through your C:// drive in app data, program files, program filesx86 and remove any norton left overs.

Then proceed to updating your computer, running a scan with https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Then if you want an antivirus install either Avast www.avast.com  or AVG free.avg.com.

If you want to pay for an antivirus get http://www.avg.com/au-en/homepage  or http://www.kaspersky.com/

Otherwise Microsoft Security Essentials is fine (its built into windows 8 and above)

yeah, AVG is good too.

I can help you configure and set up either one to be secure if you want,  I work for AVG but I also have a few friends who work for Avast too.

So... were none of my words read?

Okay, it's your computer. Enjoy paying more than 200-300 in virus removals every few months.

Even our low rate of $141.75 is pretty high (really only high for those that have the ability to do this themselves), but have fun with that.
