When i try to upload a 9 second mp4 intro that I made, the video seems to be sped up and the audio and video ends after like 3 seconds. Any solutions?

What are you uploading to?

I converted my movie maker into into an mp4 file and when I upload it to lightworks to edit with, the intro seems to be sped up and the music gets cut off when the intro stops playing which is around 4 seconds but the normal clip is supposed to be 9 seconds
