Oh yeah, either bit phenix spectre pros or corsair sp silents.

Awesome. Your temps should lower, I'm sure.

Get it off of auto... Open cpu-z and prime95, you'll see your current Vcore.

You just have to keep those Prime temps below 80c. I wouldn't go past 1.55V. Intel claims 1.52V is perfectly safe for 24/7.

LLC is important, keeps your Vcore stable under heavy load. Set that to at least 50%. 100% LLC will most likely compensate too much and you'll end up with a higher Vcore than you set...under load.

Don't worry about PLL and VTT until you understand the general stuff.

You will never reach P95 temps in games, benchmarks or applications. Just saying...

LLC depends on the platform. On my board, the voltage is pretty much where I aim for with LLC set to max. When I set it to 1.45V, though, it goes to 1.52V, though.

On Sandy Bridge, you really should not be exceeding 1.45V for every day usage. It'll cause some fairly serious long term degradation if you leave have it running at 1.52V 24/7. Don't exceed 1.52V on air.
