Corsair Link doesn't work... at all.

Really? Youve tried it? Were talking about corsair link v2 here, not the original one.

I can't get it to work on my H100i.

Could you explain how it does not work? Is you H100i not detected?

How do I tell? Should everything just load once I download the software off of their website?

If your H100i is plugged in to you motherboard using the included USB cable it should show up when you start up corsair link.

I can help you get it working if you want.

The top thick cable is what I mean:

Yeah, I plugged that in.

K then when you start up Corsair Link v2 do you see "H100i temp" "H100i pump" "H100i fan #" etc... and do they give you numbers like this?:

Nope. Wow, I just now realized that my H100i isn't detected in Corsair Link after a month of owning it.

What is a good fan controller that I can hide behind the motherboard tray so I don't have a bunch of fan cables in the front where you can see them? I would like to control fan speeds and hide fan cables. I have one 3 pin and four 4 pin fans.

You could get the Swiftech PWM splitter http://www.frozencpu.com/products/20988/ele-1196/Swiftech_8-Way_PWM_Cable_Splitter_-_SATA_Power_8W-PWM-SPL-ST.html . for the four pin fans. You could probably plug the 3-pin in there too but it would run at 12V.
