no your CPU cooler isn't the problem, disable IPv6 and then in power options be sure to disable the option to turn off the network card

next time your net dies turn off your computer and touch the network card, see if its burning hot xD

It's clesrly the Hyper 212 causing the issue. I had the same issue when I installed mine, then I purchased a Mac.....
