I have the 558s and love them

As an owner of the HD598, I find them to be a bit more comfortable. The color scheme is also fairly Noctua-esqe as you should probably be aware so if I like their aesthetics, that's another point to mention. They should be somewhat wider in soundstage and a tad more detailed, but the sonic differences aren't that massive.

 

 

there is a tiny difference, but not worth the money. If you wanna save yourself some of those cashes, the 518 is pretty much as good as the 558 and 598.

Honestly, I found the 518 to be fairly uncomfortable out the box compared to 558 and 598 (598 being most the comfortable and 558 being just slightly less so).
