Extremely confused on folding

Okay, so, I downloaded the official folding software, and started folding for team LTT, but it won't do like anything... I have a 770 and a 4690k.. I thought it would work fine. qq

Looking at the section for folding didnt really help, as I just got more confused

is it not working?

Ont he picture you put down its already progressed, they are pretty complicated things it has to analyse etc, so you have to wait, it wont happen instantly

are you seeing the percentages going up? You wont see points until they are finished.

I just want it to fold 24/7 right now

Depends if you are going to do work when folding. If not put it on while i'm working and the slider to full so they work all the time.
