670 is a bit expensive. If he is going to save up a little more he should grab a 660 or a 7870 (preferably the 7870 as it is better)

If on a strict budget now and Looking at spending more money later to improve performance i would strongly recomend saving a few dollars on the psu and ram and ditch the ssd and pour all that money into the GPU 650 sli with all the new gen games coming out isnt going to last you that long unfortunatly :(

Add an ssd later as an upgrade rather than another 650 and youll be plenty happy :) who knows 660ti sli sounds nice to (7950 cough)

Also what would this system be mainly used as if for gaming Spending less on GPU than MB and cpu would not be cool :( if for productivity and such would be plenty fine to go 650....

To be specific what I think you should do it get rid of the SSD, lose the h60 (better to get a proper all in one anyways) and just grab a cheap 212 evo for now you can upgrade to a better all in one later. Grab a g45 gaming series instead of a gd65 motherboard. Take all that extra money and grab a MSI twin frozr 7950.

I agree about the h60,disagree about the SSD (though I think he should get a cheaper SSD),agree about the hyper 212,agree about a different mobo though not sure about the g45,and agree about the 7950.

something like this could work.

I would rather personally use a HDD for awhile then grab a decent SSD down the road that is the size that I want then bu a cheap SSD from the start and be screwed with it :P

But the g45 gaming board is a pretty good board, especially for its cost. I have the regular g45 and I love it.

The 650 is a little weak. You have some more "premium" -ish parts, like the SSD, and the case.

I would suggest getting a cheaper case, ditch the SSD and go 7870/660, or 660Ti/7950 even.

I know the SSD will make using the computer nicer in general, but it really won't help gaming that much. If it was my PC, I would spend on the gaming critical components first, then get what you can for the rest.
