does the cloning software clone the os ? i'm talking about the samsung cloning software software  if it doesnt clone the os is there something that does ?

 

 can clone data from hdd to ssds in raid 0, or clone it to the pci ssd and can u use it as a boot drive ? (if only some pci ssds can be booted from pls let me know witch ones)

 

 what would you recommend for upgrading shall i go raid 0 with 2 ssds or get like a plextor or the OCZ pci ssds ?

 

i plan on upgrading later this year so if theres anything i should wait for let me know

Wait for native pci-e drives (marvell, sandforce). Those will git 2GB/s easily and will be a single controller solutions (not unlike almost everything else today that uses raid0).
