Is 350W enough?

Balter

Recommended for 750 Ti is 300w. You're good.

But what about the CPU and his peripherals?

The recommended PSU wattage isn't the TDP, in fact it's nowhere near. I believe the 750 Ti draws about 75w max, give or take. The 4820k has a TDP of 130w, although it shouldn't go near that. The motherboard draws about 70w, although it also will not go near that.

The recommended 300w is saying for a normal system, considering the CPU isn't a 9590 with a massive TDP, 300w will get you by on most systems with that particular GPU.
