Is there anything I need to change other than voltage and multiplier?

Or do I also need to adjust the ram?

/on a related topc....

is it worthwhile overclocking ram--does it yield any range able benefit?

the only other thing that i can say is change the base clock and it not worth it to over clock the ram if you have a 4670k, if you had 4770k or a 4790k then i think it would be worth it

im not messing with the base since I don't feel like messing around with ram and PCIe speeds.

If you aim higher than 4.2GHz, adjusting other settings than just voltage and ratio may be needed. Here's the most linked guide http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/41234-intel-haswell-4670k-4770k-overclocking-guide/
