Computer Restarts over and over again

Hi! my i setup a GIGABYTE P67A-UD3R-B3 motherboard, and i experience this problems, when i boot the computer, it does not shows any display on my monitor, and second is, it turns off 10-15 secs and boot again. how can i fix this? my GPU is tested on other computer aswell as the RAM and Power supply.

Did you test to boot using the integrated graphics?

 

Have you tried to reset the BIOS?

 

Do you have access to another PSU that could be used to test?

My motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics.

 

I didn't tried reset the BIOS, after my work i'll test it.

 

Yes, i already test my PSU to other computer and still works.
