I have seen that system SO many times. He is also in Australia, so it is going to be a lot more expensive.

The premise of the questionnaire is faulty. There is no such thing as a "performance pc".

 

PC are tools and like any tool when one seeks a high level of performance one must work with a tool that is specialized.
