How to Get Rid of Weird Mini Taskbar Thing

lukezon

So I just built my computer and downloaded all of my drivers, and this annoying little mini launcher thing is stuck in the bottom right hand corner of my screen (Screenshot Attached).  I have no idea what it is, and all it has is an on/off switch (idk what that does so I don't mess with it) and a message thing that wants me to select a device.  Anyone have any clue what this is and how I can remove it?  Thanks!

Looks like gadgets to me. Right click doesn't bring any menu for them? Lower one is propably with audio drivers.
