personally the second option is aesthetically pleasing and would look beast in your rig :) but performance wise i think you will be happy with any of these cards :) but i haven't really researched much on the actual cards individually so do some research and you might find a clear winner :)

The HIS IceQ is one of the best cooler for the 7950 and can overclock quite well, i don't know much about the second one so i won't say anything. As for the Vapor X some of them have Vram cooling problems. In the end i would recommend the HIS iceQ ;)

Money isn't the objective for me Andi, I just wanted the best one for overclocking. I know iceQ is beas, I had a iceQ 6850. Just was wondering if the newer revision was any better,

Blower style seems to have the most votes because people are educated about it. Why would the other one cost 40 dollars more then?

Bought the blower style. Anybody interested in any of the games that come with it for cheap? I don't like any of them personally.

So I got the 7950 the other day and everything seemed fine but I noticed I get artifacts even at stock speeds that were shipped to me.. It is stable in benchmarks but even when playing league of legends they appear.

Can I RMA for artifacts? I know you can't do it for artifacts in overclocks but even at stock clock...?

Yeah, there's something wrong if it's at stock clock and artifacts are appearing. You should probably be able to RMA it. Though my only RMA experience has been with EVGA and they seem to accept any reason to RMA cards (had a 660Ti and a 670 with broken HDMI ports).

Yes absolutely, you should RMA the card for artifacts.

Is this a fresh build ? or did you have a different graphics card installed prior to this one ?

What do these artifacts look like & in how many games do they appear ?

The artifacts are the screen going black and white and black lines appearing. I only play League of legends currently. It isn't a fresh build. I had a 6850 then upgraded to a 7850, sold that for what I paid for on ebay and bought a 7950. I ran into issues from 6850 to 7850 but solved it with a reformat. I completely uninstalled the CCC for a 2 week period where I was just using integrated HD 4000. I uninstalled the hd4000 graphics and installed CCC after I put the 7950 inside my machine.

Artifacts are a known issue with older drivers. Make sure you are using 13.5 beta and see if you are still getting them. If you are then RMA IT..

i'd go with the sapphire vapor x card, im pretty sure the voltage is unlocked and also they're able to overclock further than the HIS models

I sold FC3 BD for 5$ and sold Crysis 3 for 20 to my brother(asked for 15 but he gave a 20)

I still have tomb raider and bioshock. I'd probably ask for 10-15 dollars of steam credit each.

I filed for a RMA through newegg and was approved. Going to be sending it in tomorrow because today was a holiday. Did not bother my self with checking beta drivers.
