Will a single 360 rad be enough?

With no overclocks, What general temps can I expect from a GTX 680 and an i7-4770k with an XSPC AX360 rad? I'm planning to do push-only fans with the corsair sp120 quiet fans, but push-pull is also an option.

My setup has an extra 240. You would probably get mid 40's with no OC. How thick is the rad? Why are you watercooling if you're not oc'ing?

Sometimes watercooling is just cool to look at.

I have an Evga 670 ftw at 1300 MHz and an AMD 8350 at 4.8 GHz  cooled by a 360 mm rad.  I get mid to high 40's on both.  3 Nocuta nf-f12s on the rad.

My primary goal is silence, then if I have enough headroom I'll OC. I asked with no OC as sort of a bench number for me. The rad is 40mm.

Get a high quality one like the nemesis gtx 360, these rads perform exceptionally well, especially at low rpm.
