Okay so I have a case picked out obsidian 450d 109.99$

 

and 2 monitors picked out benq 21.5 montitors 120$ each

 

The rest is soo hard to pick out and find I would like to have 16 gigs of ram but I needa advice on mother boards and proccessors with the gpu and psu

There really is no point in having a K proc with a H board. I would swap either the Proc for a 4690 or go for a Z97 board. There really is no point in having a K proc with a H board. I would swap either the Proc for a 4690 or go for a Z97 board. My suggestion is change the H97 to a Z97 board and keep the 4690K

Oops, didn't notice that was a H board, thought it was a Z board. I had the M/B set to Z97 only, so that's kinda weird.

The case will fit it but be aware that the PSU in the above list is 9 inches 228mm long so a bit bigger than the standard 160ishmm most PSUs of that wattage are.

Go with a less expensive ssd, Crucial CT256MX100SSD1 perhaps, and a Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

You could of course go 280x.  You would have to determine if the 280x looks like it could drive the usage you want with it on a dual monitor setup.
