Improve this 1000$ Build

Could anyone make it cheaper without sacrificing power and does it make sense in general?

I live in Dubai and am going to buy the parts locally at al ain centre ( if anyone else lives in this wasteland for pc parts ). Hopefully they have these parts in stock and their tech is quite updated since I checked last a couple of months ago. If they do, the added cost would probably be quite low ( 30-40$ US)

The total is just north of 1000$
