power consumption?

Im doing a new build and I am gonna get an i5 4690k. I am wondering how much extra power it would take to overclock it to 4ghz.

I am a beautiful person who is a good idea to have a good time to time and money to buy a new job and I need some help with the same time for the first time in the middle of the day.

speed and voltage are the determining factor for OC

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
