Nothing over $200 please. I am trying to help a friend and i dont want to scary him away from PC gaming with a huge price tag... thanks!

270x is under 200

 

or the 270, requires only one power connector and you can easily overclock to match 270x performance

Okay thanks.  Is the over clocking easy on the 270?

yea, you install a program called msi afterburner, run it and then:

" You take all the sliders to the very end, click apply, and you're done"~slick
