65-71 C idle temps.... normal?

It is 30c+ in my room, it's hot these last few days.

 

Could that be the cause?

 

I find it a bit strange still.

It's about 30 celsius in my room(somewhere around 28-29) and my idle temps(chrome open with 5 tabs) are 36 celsius (4670k, hyper evo).

If it's 30C in your room, then yes there's your answer. That's 86F, which almost 90F which is extremely hot for a room with a computer. For example my room in the summer is always 20-21C. 

 

You might want to invest in an air conditioner.

What's your CPU load with almost nothing open?(other than idle and essential processes)

I'm not getting 71 Celsius even while rendering.

100% load during that doesn't seem realistic to me.

I didn't remove anything, the load is normal. (23%) and the temps are 44C.

It's a hidden mining application.

WiseManager.exe(whatever that is) contains it.Remove both that and the mining software from the msconfig start up.

Then delete it from its' directory(uninstall if you can)

Maybe spyware. Try downloading Spybot 2 (free) and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free 30 day trial). Run both of them separately and see if they find any spyware running. Do full scans on both. Also when you run Spybot 2. Close down your internet browser.

Yes apparently you have a bitcoin miner running in the background processes of your computer. Which explains the load and heat.

I updated my initial post.See if that works.

Yeah, removed the processes and temps went down instantly.

You just closed it down. Since the program is spyware it will load up probably the next time you boot up your computer. So run those Anti-Spyware programs I recommended to completely get rid of it. If that doesn't work follow these directions:
