So I'm having issues with a pc. It keeps getting that blue screen thingy with this error code X0000010E. Can anyone help?

AMD Phenom 945, 4gb ram, 500w psu and a 5770 gpu. It could still be running a CF driver from when my friend used two of them, could that cause the error?

Have you made any recent hardware or software changes? What was the last thing(s) you were doing when this happened?

 

As far as I know, that is not a BSoD error. You sure that's the right code?

try reinstalling you gpu and all the connecters. thats a video error

The GPU and stuff is in fine, i've checked that already. Could it be because it may still be running a CF driver and it's a single card?

i check google... that blue screen code may be related to hybrid drives... can you give us the full details of your hard drive?

Yes, I got the same thing. It's not a hybrid drive though, just a basic 500gb HDD. My friend who sent me all the codes said something about it saying video error or something there. Waiting for him to give me the full info

there's a hotfix provided by microsoft provided in the article... i just don't know if that will fix it. but since this is from microsoft, i'm pretty sure that it will fix it.

I was just about to say the same thing

 

My specs are near exactly the same, and i've gone through that just recently as well (the 6770 is a rebrand of the 5770 with some tweaking).
