Even 270x would be enough for that.

I know but he said "budget" in the title and asked if 2 760's we're "ok"...  I thought the 280x fit in his "budget"

Two 760 isn't really what I'd call "budget oriented". Depending on your budget get either a 270X, 280X or (if you can) a 770.

280x kinda priced the 770 out of the market IMHO. Heck a good 290 can be had for the price of a 770 and it outperforms a 780.

Thanks guys! My budget is $400 for 2 or 1 graphics cards. I am trying to make a computer under $2000.

Please keep leaving suggestions! This is my build so far. Will probably edit it in the future. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NqCKK8

If your budget is $400 go with an R9 290.

Hi.

I am trying to build a pc that spends more on the MB,CPU and RAM. So I am wondering what graphics cards would be best for playing games like BF4 on ultra to high settings? Would 2 GTX 760 4gb be good?

Please leave your suggestions!

Thanks.

You could just get a 290 or 2x280s

Here's a nice little hint Budget graphics cards don't come with Geforce branding xD you can get a 270 for the price of a 750ti and it's more comparable to a 760, a 280 for the price of a 760 that'll trade blows with the 770, 290 for the price of a 770 and it'll tradeblows with a 780....

Ok thanks! Is getting a AMD card bad for editing in Adobe stuff? Should I start with a 290 or 2x280x's and upgrade too 2x770 4gb's?

Just get a 290 and bask in all its beastly glory. Use afterburner to OC it and boom 290x speeds FTW.

Edit: Get a card with Hynix memory

You can't be serious.  Hyperthreading is a market joke?

What's Hynix memory? So get a 290x? What about Adobe stuff?

290 & 290x cards have either Elpida or Hynix memory. Hynix clocks further. Hard to determine which mem you will get if you are buying new though.

Adobe takes advantage of Cuda Support, but it depends on the extent of the work you will be doing. If it's just recreational work I wouldn't worry about it. Also, I don't see how you can afford 2x770 4GB but only a single 290 .

I said my budget is $400 and soon I might upgrade to 2x770 4GB's...

I might be making intros with after effects and premiere pro editing videos. Also stuff with photoshop.

2x280x -> 2x770 4GB is a downgrade an extra GB of Vram isn't much whenthe GPU is slightly slower... Later I'd suggest upgrading to 2x290s  and maybe Watercooling but that's optional. 290-> 2x 280s(x or non x) wouldn't be bad... By No means are AMD cards bad at editing it's just Nvidia has this thing called CUDA which AMD cards don't have and CUDA's faster but not too much to the point to justify it in a non professional or non business setting AMD trades off lack of CUDA for more open GL which benefits more in gaming or say editing in Sony Vegas for example
