I'm not sure but I think XSplit has this function. I have Camtasia Studio. It's not a screen recorder software, but it still has a feature to record screen as well as audio and webcam :)

When you click record the screen option in camtasia studio 8, it will open a pop-up box.

OBS would be your best solution as its free (compared to XSplit). You can still use Dxtory to record gameplay and set it as source in OBS. Then you add your webcam as another source. OBS will record this as one .mp4 file. If you want to edit more and do it with 2 files, you can still use OBS but I'd sugges using some less demanding solution to record just webcam.

If you have a new enough Nvidia card, shadowplay works quite well and has an option to place a webcam view in the corner/screen.
