I wanted to know if Sli 780 will run on 1440p 144hz with g-sync or should i stay with my single titan black and upgrade later to a titan black sli ? but will i be able to use the 144hz on wqhd with a single titan ?

Yes, you shouldn't have any problem running the Titan at 1440p @ 144hz before the upgrade.
